McBratney is also administrative director of long-term careWest. Vestal has 18 years of experience in skilled nursing administration in Missouri and Arkansas. McBratney has more than 25 years of health care experience. He also previously served for 18 years as administrator of Ash Grove Healthcare Facility. McBratney earned a Bachelor of Science in business administration and a Master of Science in business administration and management from Southwest Baptist University, Bolivar. He has been a member of the Missouri Health Care Association board of directors since 2000. Both Vestal and McBratney are licensed as nursing home administrators. CMH combined its retail pharmacy operations—Butterfield Pharmacy and CMH Senior Pharmacy—with Stephens Pharmacy, located at 1100 S. Springfield Ave., Bolivar. Stephens Pharmacy opened in January 1975 and was owned and operated by Michael J. Stephens, R.Ph. Stephens will continue working as a pharmacist at the pharmacy in addition to his responsibilities with the Missouri House of Representatives.
