Citizens Memorial Hospital has received the American College of Cardiology’s NCDR Chest Pain – MI (myocardial infarction) Registry Platinum Performance Achievement Award for 2021. CMH is one of only 212 hospitals nationwide to receive the honor. In recognition of this quality achievement, CMH is identified as a 4/4-star Urgent Heart Attack Care Center within the ACC’s Find Your Heart a Home patient navigator tool and listed in the 2021 “Best Hospitals” edition of U.S. News &World Report . Learn more at http://ow.ly/RbTC50FAWrQ . Meet the new administrators Bob Behnke, DPT, and Sarah Crosswhite, R.N., were named administrators for CMH Foundation long-term care communities. Behnke is the administrator of Ash Grove Healthcare Facility (AGHCF) in Ash Grove. He is a licensed physical therapist and previously was the skilled nursing facility therapy services supervisor at CMH. He has worked for CMH for more than 24 years and has 30 years of health care and leadership experience in Missouri and Wisconsin. Behnke earned a Master of Physical Therapy and Doctor of Physical Therapy from Missouri State University and has a certification in ergonomic assessment. AGHCF is an 82-bed long-term care skilled nursing facility that includes a 20-bed memory care unit. The facility offers inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation services and includes two-bedroom, two-bathroom independent living apartments adjacent to the medical campus. Crosswhite is the administrator of Citizens Memorial Healthcare Facility (CMHCF) in Bolivar. She is a licensed nursing home administrator and has more than 20 years of nursing and leadership experience. She previously served as assistant director of nursing at Ozarks Methodist Manor in Marionville, director of nursing at Springfield Villa in Springfield and regional director of hospice services in the Springfield metro area. Most recently, Crosswhite served as assistant director of nursing at CMHCF. She earned her nursing degree from Southwest Baptist University in Bolivar. CMHCF is a 111-bed long-term care skilled nursing facility that cares for residents in need of transitional, long-term and/ or early stages of dementia care.
