IMPACT CMH FOUNDATION IMPACT REPORT Changing lives through generosity Your generosity made a remarkable difference this year. Together, we celebrated the opening of CMH’s hospital expansion in April, a milestone that will benefit our communities for years to come. Thanks to the support of donors like you, the Campaign for CMH has raised more than $5 million to help purchase equipment for the new facility, ensuring patients have access to advanced care close to home. Your gifts also continue to meet important needs every day through direct patient and family assistance, scholarships for healthcare careers and more. Every contribution represents a message of hope, compassion and commitment to the health and well-being of our communities. Thank you for supporting the Citizens Memorial Health Care Foundation and for making a lasting difference in the lives of others.
