4 VITALITY Summer 2019 The Missouri Memory Center at Citizens Memorial Hospital recently celebrated its fourth anniversary. The center provides the region with state-of-the-art approaches to the diagnosis and treatment of patients with memory concerns, from mild to severe. As with most medical conditions, memory concerns are best addressed when diagnosed early. Lake Stockton Charge Nurses Sylvia Bartlett, R.N.; Corie Blumberg, LPN; and Pat Langford, LPN, helped move residents to the new facility. Lake Stockton resident Neva Graves was excited to move to the new facility. MOVING DAY LSHCF is a Citizens Memorial Health Care Foundation long-term care facility.
