While this probably doesn’t sound too exciting to the average person, having two robots—the da Vinci Si-e and X—allows our surgeons to perform minimally invasive robotic procedures for general surgery, gynecology and urology both at the hospital and at the outpatient surgery center in the Douglas Medical Center. CMH is the first hospital in the nine-state area to purchase and use the new Eluxeo 700 series Fujifilm endoscope. The new endoscope provides physicians with improved visualization and illumination during endoscopic procedures. There is no need to travel outside of the area for medical procedures—CMH has the newest technology and expanding services to take care of your entire family.
