There are different paths to spirituality. One is traditional religious faith. But you can also nurture your spirituality by connecting with whatever you consider meaningful and sacred. For example, to strengthen your spirituality you can: Contribute. You might ask yourself, “How can I make a positive difference in the world?” Then look for ways to start making that difference. Make more time for what matters to you. Focus on what you care most about— and what brings you joy and hope. Open yourself up to new experiences. Tend to your spirit using nature, music, art or whatever might make your life richer. Reflect. Explore your deepest feelings in a journal. Search for the good in others.
