Webb has more than 25 years of experience as a registered dietitian. She also has 11 years of experience helping people manage diabetes. She earned her degree from the University of MissouriColumbia in 1988. She started her career in nutrition and food service in the St. Louis area. Webb has worked in clinics, nutrition programs and long-term care. In recent years, she has focused on metabolic health. Diabetes educator joins CMH Keystone beef stew with fall vegetables Created by Ladonna Webb, RDN, L.D., CDCES A hearty, easy and economical beef stew using fresh vegetables. Great for a cool fall evening. This recipe uses a precooked beef with great ingredients: beef and salt. No chemicals or sugar added. Makes 4 servings. Directions ● Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. ● Add chopped potatoes, carrots and onion. Cook until softened. ● Add flour and stir into vegetables. ● Pour in beef broth and diced tomatoes and bring to a boil. ● Add canned beef and green beans.
