The north parking lot expansion is open, and cafeteria service is now in the Community Rooms. With these preparation projects complete, we are finally starting construction and plan to open the expansion in 2026. We continue to focus on improving the CMH experience for our patients, residents and their families. The CMH Health & Wellness Clinic opened in March. You can read more on page 5 about this new approach to helping patients who don’t have a primary care provider. We also opened a new memory care unit at Community Springs Healthcare Facility in El Dorado Springs. It provides specialized care for residents with dementia. We now have 130 memory care units in five communities. Read more on page 14. Summer starts with our annual Medical Excellence Scholarship Golf Tournament on June 6. We have two more fundraising events in September: the Sporting Clay Shoot on Sept. 20 and the Soiree on Sept. 28.
