Immunization update

Do you have a child entering eighth grade

this fall? The state of Missouri

has updated its immunization

schedule and now students

will need to receive the

meningococcal (MCV)

vaccination in addition to

the other recommended

vaccines. During your child’s

annual wellness examination,

ask about the MCV vaccination.

For a complete list of immunization

requirements for the 2016–2017 school

year, go to

www.citizensmemorial.com/about/

publications/vitality and click on “Immunization

Update.”
